1. What is the date period for this promotion?

The “Snack On With Xbox” Promotion commences at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 4, 2020 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2020.

2. What are the prizes for this promotion?

There will be a total of twenty-five (25) Grand Prizes available to be won through the contest. Each Grand Prize will consist of the following:

  • Xbox Series X Console (ARV $599.99 CAD);
  • A digital copy of Halo: Infinite (ARV $79.99 CAD);
  • An Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 3-month gift card (ARV $50.97 CAD).

3. How many times can I enter a PIN code?

Each PIN Code is valid only for a single Eligible Entry. There is a limit of six (6) Eligible Entries, per email address/person, per day (defined for the purposes of this Contest as 12:00 a.m. ET to 11:59 p.m. ET) in the Contest – regardless of method or combination of methods of entry.

5. I’m having trouble entering a PIN code. What should I do?

Make sure you are entering the 12-digit alpha PIN code exactly as shown. Be sure you’re using a qualifying, specially-marked package of:

  • CHRISTIE CHIPS AHOY! Original (300G)
  • MAYNARDS SOUR PATCH KIDS (185G)
  • MAYNARDS SWEDISH BERRIES (185G)
  • CADBURY MR. BIG (60G)
  • CADBURY WUNDERBAR (58G)
  • TRIDENT Spearmint (14 pieces)
  • TRIDENT Tropical Twist (14 pieces)

The code will be printed on the inside of the individual package wrapper. Please enter the code without any dashes or spaces.

6. The Halo Infinite game release is delayed until 2021. Should I still redeem my PIN code now despite the game delay?

Yes! To redeem for Halo Infinite in-game content, please enter the PIN code found inside specially marked packages before 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2020 (see here for more information). If eligible, you will then receive an email containing a unique code that can be redeemed on your Microsoft account via Halowaypoint.com/redeem immediately for use once the game is released OR hold onto the email and enter the code into Halowaypoint.com/redeem when the game is released.

Any Halo Infinite in-game content redeemed through this promotion will be available/usable when the game is released and the three month exclusivity period will begin as of the release date of the game. For more information, please see halowaypoint.com.

7. If I’m eligible for the Xbox Game Pass bonus offer, should I redeem my code now or wait until Halo Infinite is released?

Great question! If you redeem it now, the Xbox Game Pass code will be activated as soon as you enter it into your Microsoft.com account. You will have 7 days to play any game that is currently available in the Game Pass catalogue. However, the Xbox Game Pass codes won’t expire until March 31, 2022 so if you would prefer to hold onto your code, you will be able to redeem it once Halo Infinite is released in 2021.

10. How will I know if I’m a Grand Prize winner?

The Contest consists of five (5) entry periods (each a “Contest Entry Period”), with 5 Grand Prizes to be awarded per Contest Entry Period, as set forth in the Contest rules. A random draw will be made five (5) times throughout the Contest Period from all Eligible Entries received during the respective Contest Entry Period. The draws will take place at 12:00 p.m. (noon) ET on the dates as listed in the Contest rules. Each selected entrant will be notified by email within forty-eight (48) hours of the applicable Grand Prize Draw Date at the email address provided by entrant at time of entry with further instructions on how to claim the Grand Prize. Please check your email and spam filters.
